Dear Colleagues,

Kindly be informed that Urban Solutions is submitting an EOIfor the ADB “Greater MekongSubregion Corridor Towns Development Project - Project Management Support andCapacity Development Consultants” in Vietnam (PMSCD).

[FONT=&quot]Objective and purpose of the assignment: [/FONT][FONT=&quot]The services will be rendered during the initial key three years of project implementation with an aim to build capacity for the EAs and PMUs to carry out implementation with minimum support after the initial 3 years. The PMSCD will support project staff in Project Management, Procurement, Monitoring and Evaluation, Environment Protection and Social Safeguard as well as in technical areas of Urban Development, Wastewater Management, Flood Protection, Urban Road, Solid Waste Management, and River Port Development. [/FONT]
We are looking for the following National Experts:

1. Project Management Specialist/Deputy Team Leader (24mm)
2. Urban Road Engineer (24mm)
3. Solid Waste and Wastewater Management Specialist (24mm)
4. Flood Protection Specialist (12mm)
5. Water supply Specialist (12mm)
6. River Port Specialist (12mm)
7. Financial Management Specialist (12mm)
8. Procurement Specialist (12mm)
9. Social Safeguards (Resettlement Specialist) (22mm)
10. Gender Specialist (8mm)
11. Environment Specialist (12mm)
12. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (8mm)
13. Training Specialist (24mm)
14. Urban Economist (1mm)

Estimated Commencement Date: 31 Mar, 2014 (36 monthduration)
EOI submission deadline: 20 September, 2013
